Summaries from the brand background, customer materials, and dated FDD used for this episode.
Founder Tamara Galinsky developed JETSET’s concept around Pilates, choreography, and music. The first Miami studio dates to 2010, while the disclosed franchise offering began in 2022.
Customers attend instructor-led classes on custom reformers, with memberships and class packages. The experience combines a defined class format, music, instruction, and a dedicated studio environment.
The owner builds the studio team and local customer relationships. Required instructor training, operating systems, and site and opening resources support the franchise model.
The FDD’s Item 7 gives an estimated initial investment of $413,100 to $806,900 (single studio). Assumes financed reformers, landlord improvement allowances and timely opening; excludes tax, owner compensation and financing charges.
The 2024 reported revenue group contains six qualifying Florida studios: three franchised and three affiliated locations. It is not the entire system or a franchise-only average. Non-traditional and other nonqualifying sites are excluded under the disclosure’s criteria.
Reported revenue comes before the costs of running the business and is not owner profit. Historical results do not predict what a new owner will achieve. Use the current FDD to explore the expenses and operating assumptions relevant to your plans.
